Targeted protein degradation (TPD) is a rapidly growing interdisciplinary area of research of both basic science and translational importance. TPD is primarily concerned with the development of agents that induce degradation of protein targets. The precise removal of the target is often linked to a therapeutically beneficial phenotype, making TPD of high interest for drug discovery and development.
