They're spicy, crispy and freezer - friendly so you can make them in advance and fry whenever you need.
Ingredients
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
250gms chicken (boil and shred)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion (small sized )
1/4 cup finely chopped mixed bell peppers
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp zeera powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
Juice of 1/2 lemon
fresh coriander
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Samosa sheets
Maida slurry
4 tbsp maida
1/2 cup water
