This show aired on TV-Tokyo several years before the "On Air" series. It's based on "Ape Escape 2" and consists of 45 second long comedy skits with the monkeys. There's minimal speaking and can easily be understood without understanding Japanese. There was a DVD release for this show, including a 22 minutes long movie, but there are only two copies left sold for a premium price of 60$ each on Amazon Japan. This release is out of print decades ago.
Oh, and to be frank, I think these are a lot better than the "On Air" series. Silly comedy is the way to go for this series.
