I almost always wear some sort of eyewear when cycling because it protects my eyes from wind, dust, and bugs. My sporty sunglasses are Oakley Jawbones that were custom designed through the website in 2005 or so... The company now sells a similar model called the Oakley Sport Jacket, which replaced the Jawbone. The cool thing about these glasses is that you can switch the lenses out for different colors and styles! I use grey for daytime and clear for night and overcast. The lenses have vents to reduce fog and I chose white frames because they keep me more visible to cars and other cyclists (most of my outerwear and helmet are black).
Recently, I found that I was listening to podcasts, music, and taking phone calls frequently while riding my bike. Rather than use earbuds, which restrict outside noise such as police sirens, car horns, and the voice of pedestrians, I was considering a Bluetooth speaker, but then I found the Bose Frames. These are sunglasses with small built in speakers near the ear. They provide battery life up to 5.5 hours per charge, offer different colored lenses, and you can even put in your own lab-cut lenses. Unfortunately, the glasses only come in black, but Bose sells five different frame styles.
