The Hindu American Foundation (HAF) is intensifying legal action against California's Civil Rights Department (CRD) due to caste-based discrimination involving Cisco supervisors Sundar Iyer and Ramana Kompella.
Our concerns stem from the state's dismissal of the case, which wrongfully linked Hindu beliefs to caste discrimination. This directly infringes on constitutional rights.
Furthermore, we vehemently oppose #SB403, a caste discrimination bill in California, as it threatens equal protection and due process for South Asians, particularly Hindus.
