I have designed an elegant, glossy, luxury briefcase.
This is my latest creation, envisioned at a direct retail price of 330,000 JPY.

This project is a 5-part series.
This video is Part 2: "Crafting the Flap".

I aimed to create a refined flap, carefully anticipating how beautifully it will harmonize with the main body.
Next time, I will begin crafting the main body itself.

With cheap leather, scratches tend to open and widen.
The leather I use, however, naturally heals and closes.
Drops of rain become like the rings of a tree, developing into a breathtaking gloss over the years.

A bag is not truly complete when it is brand new.
It is a piece designed to grow with time.

The owner is the true protagonist.
The bag is simply a companion that grows alongside you.

Authentic leathercraft is about creating a lifelong piece that reflects your life's journey.

The pursuit of the genuine article begins with the design.
Today, as always, I sew one stitch at a time, with unwavering precision.
