In a major step toward absolute transparency and digital convenience, the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has launched a dedicated online portal and an instant QR code system for farmers who surrendered their lands under the Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) for the construction of the state capital, Amaravati.

This move eliminates the need for farmers to physically visit government offices or wait in long queues at CRDA departments. By simply scanning the newly released QR code via their smartphones, farmers can instantly view their complete lease data, checking their transaction history from the comfort of their homes.

Key Technical Details & Troubleshooting Guidelines Provided by CRDA:

Annuity Status Transparency: The portal offers complete visibility into the disbursement status, showcasing detailed records of credited annuity payments, pending dues, and the precise technical reasons if a payment has been halted.

The NPCI Linkage Issue: CRDA officials identified that several farmers did not receive their lease amounts due to inactive bank accounts or missing National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) mapping.

Action Required by Farmers: A comprehensive list of farmers with inactive accounts has been published on the portal. Since the government utilizes the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode, farmers with dormant accounts are urged to immediately visit their respective banks to complete their Aadhaar seeding and NPCI mapping to ensure uninterrupted fund delivery.
