Описание: 今回は、自動カンナで、加工しにくい不安定な薄板などの加工を、安定させてキッチリ行える治具のご紹介になります。
※反っている材も、ベースに2軸接する側を付け、ガタつかないようにして、挟むことで、反りを直す事も出来ます。

薄板を立てて加工すると、機械内部の圧力で、斜めになったりなど、精度が定まらず加工することが非常に困難でございます。

そこで、傾かない土台にセットすることで、薄板材も歪まずに加工する事が出来ます！

結構重宝する場面も多いため、作って頂くと、小さいパーツや、小物制作などにお役立て頂けるかと思います。

また、もう少しボルトで挟む箇所を増して、しっかりと固定してあげると、歪な材も、安定した加工可能になるかと思います。

仕様を工夫すると、かなりの可能性を秘めた治具になってきます！
