This one is interesting, because it's a licensed commercial song, but it's used for an extremely brief part, just being one of the songs that the music video store guy plays on the radio for about three seconds, plus it's from an artist that is very obscure. It was hard to find much information about C Lee Clarke at all, other than that he released at least two albums: a self-titled one in 1998 and "Ali's Garden" in 2001, and is (or was) based in Colorado. Makes me wonder what compelled the South Park crew to use this track in an episode so inconsequentially, but I suppose it did give Mr. Clarke some kind of exposure, since this track's usage in this episode is proudly displayed on the album page on Old Pants Publishing's website.
