Soft, looped Kalima Dhikr for sukoon and deep focus. Repeat gently, breathe slowly, and let the heart settle in the Remembrance of Allah. Voice-only, no music.

Importance (Ahmiyyat):
“أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ” — Surely, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest (Qur’an 13:28).
Zikr strengthens tawḥīd, renews īmān, brings barakah, and calms the soul.

Zikr (How to recite):
• Sit calmly; breathe in on “Lā ilāha…”, breathe out on “…illAllāh”.
• Focus the heart; recite with humility and love.
• End with du‘ā for the Ummah.

Wazāif (Suggested routines — no fixed number is obligatory):
• 100× morning & evening (after Fajr/Maghrib)
• 300× in moments of stress/anxiety
• On Jumu‘ah, increase zikr and send ṣalawāt with it
• Keep a tasbīḥ/counter; do a little daily with ikhlāṣ
