key points:
•hair needs to be shampooed with clarifying shampoo before installing the hair (no conditioner if you need to use conditioner- apply on the ends only)

•hair must be dry before installing the hair (it helps if you straighten it prior also)

•avoid putting the extension on the hairline and close to the ear

•remember that your head is round- some of these will lay slightly diagonal to follow that round head shape and will mostly lay horizontally in the back

•waiting at least 24 hours before shampooing is recommended
