This small garage started with bare concrete that was heavily stained, making the space feel darker and harder to maintain than it needed to be.
Because the garage will be used as a home gym, the floor needed to be clean, durable, and comfortable to use every day. The concrete was mechanically prepared to remove contamination and stabilise the surface before coating.
The floor was finished with a Neutral Grey epoxy base, complemented by a light broadcast of Cookie & Cream flake. This approach keeps the space bright and balanced, improves slip resistance, and creates a surface that’s easy to clean without feeling industrial.
In smaller spaces, the right colour and system choice makes a noticeable difference — not just visually, but in how the space is used.
