On the first day of the state's spring festival, Rongali Bihu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to Assam on Friday to officially launch and dedicate to the country projects worth approximately Rs 14,300 crore. A statement from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) states that PM Modi would visit the AIIMS Guwahati campus after it has just been completed and dedicate it, along with three other medical schools, to the country.
