Learn about Mobile Hotspot WiFi Not Found on the Netgear Nighthawk 5G Mobile Hotspot Pro | AT&T
Mobile Hotspot Wi-Fi Not Found:
Check Network Status.
By default the device has
a Wi-Fi standby time
of five minutes
and will stop broadcasting after
five minutes of inactivity.
Press the Power button
again to awaken the Network.
If you are unable to find the
Mobile Router Network
on a device, check the Network
Status of your Mobile Router.
The signal strength
will be displayed
on the device Home Screen.
Your signal strength will
also be displayed on
the AT&T Wi-Fi Manager website.
Check Blocked Devices.
Check to see if a
device if blocked.
From the AT&T Wi-Fi- Manager
website, click "Settings",
click "Security", then
click Access Controls.
Select the Filter type down
menu, then click "Black List".
Blocked devices
will be displayed.
To unblocked a device,
click the check box next
to the desired device,
then click "Delete" from
the Blocked Devices section.
If you are still having
trouble with limited
or no connectivity issues,
try power cycling
the device.
