Another well done composition, there've been three in all, from E. Chouteau Legg, who is assumed to be the same person as Edward Chouteau Legge who lived from 1882 to 1971 and resided in Galveston, Texas. All three were published by J.W. Jenkins in Kansas City, this one in 1908.
