Описание: Schools across New York City can begin to start submitting their detailed plans for resuming classes in the fall. Earlier this week, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced the state formula that will need to be met before any school reopens. NYC Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza spoke to PIX11 Morning News and explained what that means for the hundreds of public schools in our area. Carranza weighed in on the state’s guidelines for reopening schools and the fact that not all students can return to school buildings all at the same time. He also discussed the pros and cons of remote learning and what he thinks of the Trump Administration saying science should not stand in the way of schools reopening.
