Use this hack to quickly cover large distances across capital grounds while outrunning enemy vehicles. The individual hosting the rally can remain shielded outside the capital Area.
Edit: also very useful for quickly joining a rally against an enemy target, have the teammate initiating the rally or someone close to him host one of these Boomer rallies to allow teammates to move close to his base to join the enemy Target rally that much faster, saves time but more importantly gives the enemy less time to brace for the attack.
