We kick things off at Manhattan Beach with my first-ever real surf lesson at OneWave Surf (yes… there were wipeouts 😅). Then I slow it down with paddle boarding in Marina del Rey, before stepping into LA’s neon-soaked past at the Valley Relics Museum.

Next, I hop on an unforgettable E-Bike Tours LA ride for panoramic views that will make you want to book a trip immediately. After that, we find beauty in unexpected places at the South Coast Botanic Garden, and I take in the Pacific through fresh eyes at the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium (including a fun “do what I do” sea lion-style moment 🦭).

Then the story shifts, because LA’s hidden gems aren’t just places… they’re symbols.
From the serene Korean Friendship Bell in San Pedro, gifted in 1976, to the legendary Battleship USS Iowa (“the Grey Ghost of the Pacific”), where history, presidents, and wartime secrets echo through the ship’s halls.

And finally… I head into the mountains to meet the wolves at Wolf Connection, where rescued wolves and youth healing from trauma walk a powerful path of restoration, together. 🐺💛
