IPL 2018: Mid-season Transfer Window Kicks Off in IPL

Описание: In this year’s Indian Premier League a transfer window might well see the light of the day for the first time this season.
This move has been proposed by the IPL Governing Council to introduce a mid-season transfer window much like what is in place in football leagues around the world. However, there are few ground rules in place which will have to be followed by franchises to exercise this practice.
Here is everything you need to know about the proposed mid-season transfer:
• IPL 2018 will witness the first ever transfer window and this will be active from Match 28 to Match 42.
• Teams will be able to exchange uncapped players as well as players who have played two or fewer matches till the halfway stage of the tournament.
• The two teams involved in transfers will be eligible to negotiate terms and rope in their desired players. However, teams will have to keep in mind that if they go for overseas players, they should have played less than two matches.
• The foreign players which might be up for grabs are Adam Milne, JP Duminy (Both Mumbai Indians), Sandeep Lamichhane (Delhi Daredevils), Alex Hales (Sunrisers Hyderabad), Colin de Grandhomme, Moeen Ali (Both Royal Challengers Bangalore) and David Willey.
