30 Minute Beginner Yin Yoga for Deep Release
Welcome to this gentle beginner-friendly Yin Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, release tension from both body and mind, and soften into stillness. Through longer-held postures and conscious breathing, Yin supports the nervous system, encourages deep relaxation, and creates space for quiet awareness to arise.
This sequence is a beautiful way to unwind after a busy day, regulate stress, and prepare your body and mind for deep rest. It can be practiced on its own, or used as a preparatory practice before Shavasana, meditation, or Yoga Nidra, helping you arrive in a more grounded, receptive state.
Move slowly, listen to your body, and allow yourself to receive.
