Описание: The 13th annual food drive collections by Kary Movers in collaboration with the Surrey Food Bank culminated today, with an estimated 25,000lbs of food and essential supplies being delivered to the Surrey Food Bank Warehouse and Distribution Centre, located at 13478 78 Ave Unit - 1, Surrey, BC. Despite a minor delay due to a locked truck after a driver locked the keys inside, the week-long drive saw an overwhelming response from schools, businesses, and other groups across Metro Vancouver. The food bank has reported a significant increase of about 40% in the number of clients this year, underscoring the importance of such community initiatives. Kary Movers donates the use of its trucks and covers fuel costs, while the staff volunteers their time to collect and deliver donations.
