Preheat oven to 350. Cook for 30 mins in 12x15 dish.
Dish is done when top browns and sides are bubbly.
1 lb box elbow macaroni
(Follow package instructions)
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 c flour
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Morton’s season-all
32 oz Heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp Boursin (garlic & herb)
3 tbsp whipped cream cheese
3 tbsp sour cream
(Loosely pack cheese below)
1c shredded Gouda & Gruyère mixed
1 1/2 c shredded triple cheddar
(Vermont, Sharp & mild)
1 c mozzarella & provolone shredded mixed
1 c Monterrey jack & Colby jack shredded mix
*If cheese sauce is to thick add small amounts of milk-(optional)
*Mix cheeses together. Put some in sauce. Layer some and use some for toppings.
