TUNA BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
1 canned tuna 184 g ( flakes in oil, vegetable oil or spanish style tuna )
1 onion ( minced )
3 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 stalk spring onion ( chopped finely )
1/2 sized bell pepper ( minced ) optional
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 egg
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup water
