This one looks really cool, it thinks we are beneath it so it does not care to move at all unless enemies are in range :)
It uses a combo of melee attacks with not too high base damage.
Their double lacerate attack is the strongest one with 75% more attack damage.
It can inflict 16 bleed stacks but enemies do not take extra damage if they count as moving.
Multiple reapers can not go over the 16 stack limit.
It also reduces life regen of nearby enemies by 50%
Cool looking spectre, can do some decent damage when bleeds have been stacked.
Moves quite slow however and the 16 bleed stack cap limits their potential as we generally want more than 1 spectre.
It has about 40% the amount of Health a Primal Crushclaw has.
These can be bought from the Breaker of Oaths as a corpse in the Affliction league mechanic.
