3. Charred and Overcooked Meats

4. Highly Refined Carbohydrates

5. Alcohol
Even in moderation, alcohol is a known carcinogen. When the body breaks down ethanol, it turns into acetaldehyde, a toxic chemical that can damage DNA and prevent the body from repairing the damage.

7. Artificially Sweetened Beverages
