Updated rims and offsets: We moved from a -38 offset rim that stuck out too much for our liking to a -12 offset rim. Both rims from Method (new rims are the 703 bead grip) and 17"x9" - No spacers were used.
What needed to be changed? Because the rim was seated closer to the brake caliper, roughly 0.25" of material from the back of the front caliper was removed. Additionally, we trimmed more out of the wheel well space, box welds, etc. This video was shot with the vehicle in "normal" ride height as this is the Tailhawk which comes equipped with the quadra-lift air-suspension. The goal is to use the stock programming for ride height at various speeds. We were able to accomplish the goal with no rubbing in all suspension settings, except for full lock in "entry" mode, which produced a slight rub.
Our next video will add custom upper control arms, ball joints, and a strut tower lift kit.
