This is a compilation of initial flights with my son Sean on the Bat Phone and me flying a KMart LIDL Clone converted to rudder elevator RC model.
Not shown are the carbon control rods and the staples holding them to the fuselage midpoint. Servos are MG 9G servos and way to heavy. I fitted them to give me the option of wingerons next. Motor is a BE1806-2300 with a 5x3 prop. I will fit a folder for the next flights. Battery was a 450maH 3S. The flights on this video consumed 50mAH. AUW 220gm.
