Ingredients
Pork(lean meat) 400g
Ginger(julienne cut)
Garlic (chop)
Sauce :2 tablespoons dark sauce, 1 tablespoon light sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon Chinese Alcohol,
Slice the meat, (strips) heat pan wth 1 tablespoon cooking oil saute, garlic and ginger until fragrance, add the meat and stir fry about 8-10 minutes in a medium heat, wait until it change color, then add that black sauce keep stirring ,add little bit sugar (optional) if you want sweet let it simmer, about 5 minutes, can add chop spring onion, if available, serve with a bowl of rice some gravy on it, enjoy 👍
