1. Open "This Pc" on you computer
2. Double Click on the Drive C:
3. Double click on Windows Folder
4. Double click on SYSTEM32 Folder
5. Double click on the File named "CTFMON.EXE"
It will Start Working.
or Simply type below mentioned command in RUN windows
C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe
