Corn Mayo Buns Recipe
Dough (single recipe makes 4 pieces)
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour. Per cup = 125g.
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp oil
125ml+2 tbsp warm water (1/2 cup+2 tbsp)
Extra oil for coating the dough.
Double recipe makes 8 pieces
500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour/plain flour. Per cup = 125g.
2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp oil
250ml+4 tbsp warm water (1 cup+4 tbsp)
Do not pour water all at once into the flour. Add 3/4 to it and add the rest a little at a time until your dough in the right consistency.
Extra oil for coating the dough.
Toppings: adjust to make about 2 teaspoons for each bun.
Sweet corn kernel
Red bell pepper/paprika, finely diced
Spring onion, finely chopped
Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper
In a small bowl, mix well together and keep chill until ready to use.

Resep Roti Jagung Mayo
Adonan (resep tunggal menghasilkan 4 buah)
250g (2 cangkir) tepung serbaguna / tepung terigu. Per cangkir = 125g.
1 sdt garam
1 sdt ragi instan
1 sdm minyak
125ml + 2 sdm air hangat (1/2 cangkir + 2 sdm)
Minyak ekstra untuk melapisi adonan.
Resep ganda menghasilkan 8 buah
500g (4 cangkir) tepung serbaguna / tepung terigu. Per cangkir = 125g.
2 sdt garam
2 sdt ragi instan
2 sdm minyak
250ml + 4 sdm air hangat (1 gelas + 4 sdm)
Jangan menuangkan air sekaligus ke dalam tepung. Tambahkan 3/4 ke dalamnya dan tambahkan sisanya sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan Anda memiliki kekentalan yang tepat.
Minyak ekstra untuk melapisi adonan.
Topping: sesuaikan untuk membuat sekitar 2 sendok teh untuk setiap sanggul.
Kernel jagung manis
Paprika merah / paprika, potong dadu halus
Daun bawang, cincang halus
mayones
Garam lada
Dalam mangkuk kecil, aduk rata dan biarkan dingin sampai siap digunakan.
