Chicken Legs on the Slow ’N Sear Travel Kettle!

Описание: Made some excellent Bell and Evan chicken legs with thighs! Cooked them indirect the entire time and they came out fantastic with Grillaholics Herbacious Hen and SPG.

• Started with a two chicken legs with thighs.
• Seasoned with Grillaholics Herbacious Hen and SPG.
• Set up the SNS Travel Kettle for indirect cooking.
• Lit the charcoal in the Slow ‘N Sear to hold around 255 degrees.
• Placed the two legs on skin side down and checked them at 125 degrees.
• Pulled them off when they got to 185 to 190.
• Let them rest for about 15 minutes before cutting into them.

Summary: The legs were left on a little longer than planned, but they were still nice and juicy and tender. The combination of Herbacious Hen and SPG really worked out nice.
