Shot on a single professional digital video camera with the intention to sell DVD's, this game video wasn't ever produced/edited until 23 years later, in 2026!
With more than 90 total points scored, three fumbles, two interceptions and three onside kicks, this arena football shootout is definitely fun to watch, and the outcome isn't determined until the final 6 seconds!
Who could forget Albert Higgs, Travis Salter, Luke Twibell, Yohance Humphery, Daron Brooker, James Owens, Chris Heppner and all the Outlaws players who were on the team in the early years and made the Billings Outlaws a true treasure of the Treasure State.
As for the Sioux Falls Storm, this game is what started an intense multi-year rivalry. As a producer for the Outlaws, I am unfamiliar with the Storm players who played in this one, but by all means, if you know any of them, they will absolutely LOVE seeing this. Remember, this was before the days when ANY arena football team could livestream their games.
