The Spitter is the non unique Torgue AR with the Vladof spinny barrel.
In a lot of ways, it's basically a weak Ogre. That doesn't make the gun weak, however- as the Ogre is a very strong weapon. While inferior to the Ogre, the Spitter doesn't suck.
This weapon does not have a specific drop source.
