Lwazi Bam has served as the CEO of Deloitte Southern Africa for 10 years now, and for Africa for 9 years.
And his tenure comes to an end tomorrow.
He's set to be replaced by a black female CEO, while another black female will take the helm as the chair of the audit and consultancy firm.
It's been an eventful past 10 years for the audit industry, especially in light of state capture, the Steinhoff and other corporate scandals.
As he passes over the baton, we seek to get some insights from the outgoing CEO of Deloitte.
