Am 01.11.2024 veröffentlicht Singin‘ IDA! seine erste Single: eine Coverversion des Cyndi Lauper-Klassikers „Time After Time“. Eine wunderschöne, zarte Version mit Streichquartett und Gitarre, die perfekt in die dunkle Herbst- und Winterzeit passt.

Musikalischen Support gibt es beim Debüt von Sänger Volkan Baydar (der bekannten Stimme des Pop-Duos „Orange Blue“) und Maite Jens aka Maite Sophie (bekannt aus den Battles der 12. Staffel von “The Voice of Germany”, Team Peter Maffay).

Die Botschaft des Songs „Time After Time“ ist bis heute aktuell! Es ist wichtig, soziale Kontakte zu ermöglichen und zu pflegen – das Gefühl, dass man nicht allein ist. Gerade in den Herbst- und Wintermonaten sind viele Menschen einsam. Dennoch ist Einsamkeit bis heute ein Tabuthema, über das nur wenig gesprochen wird. Hierauf möchte Singin‘ IDA! mit dem ersten Song aufmerksam machen.
