Meal Prepping for Breakfast. One of the things I wanted to do in the New Year is make sure that I am eating breakfast. It tends to be one of the meals I skip, so if I meal prep its just grab and go and already made for me. No excuses to not have breakfast when its already prepared.

I'm using the meal prep containers to hold breakfast for Monday - Friday.
For this week I used the following menu to meal prep breakfast

Monday Bagels, Cream cheese, Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries
Tuesday Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patty, Fried Potatoes
Wednesday Bagels, Cream Cheese, Sausage Patty, Blueberries, Strawberries
Thursday Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patty, Fried Potatoes
Friday Bread Loaf with Sun Butter and Honey, Banana
