There’s no real pantry. Just three jars, one chilli plant, and a kitchen with more intention than finish. But the quiet of the day, the rhythm of making, and the sense of enough — that was real.

This is slow food in a space still finding itself. A renovation kitchen with no gloss and no guarantees. Just a woman, a few jars, and a soft kind of joy.
