This build uses the new Foulborn Presence of Chayula amulet with recoup Energy Shield instead of life and 50% of chaos damage taken recouped as life.
This setup makes it possible to play Forbidden Rite of Soul Sacrifice without Chaos Inoculation. Because of that, you can go Low Life for around 30% more damage. By using Eternal Youth, the HP cost can be fully managed without issues. To make it work efficiently, you stack chaos resistance with the new Fugitive Rings.
With the new graft implicit, you can get 10% cooldown recovery, or even 20% if you have two of them.
Righteous Fire could theoretically be used during boss fights since the damage can be heavily recouped, but it’s risky because you drop to zero immediately once the recoup stops working.
I’ve invested around 60 divines so far, and according to PoB the build reaches about 30 million damage.
