Dr. Wayan Suriastini (Executive Director, SurveyMETER) and Jeffrey Sine (Senior Director/Health Policy, RTI International) shared their opinion about Health Worker Absenteeism. In this short interview, Ibu Wayan described the current situation of Health Worker Absenteeism in Papua. Afterward, Jeffrey explained the solutions in short, medium and long term to reduce Health Worker Absenteeism.
These opinion based on their presentation entitled “Inter-district differences in correlates of Health Worker Absenteeism“ at Forum Kajian Pembangunan (FKP) held by The SMERU Research Institute.
Forum Kajian Pembangunan (FKP) is a consortium consisting of various institutions in Indonesia, in collaboration with the Indonesia Project, holds a series of research based policy forums discussing research outcomes related to topical policy issues in Indonesia.
