Hi, I'm Sifu Romain. Welcome to our video on the Shaolin Dragon's Tail Kick. Basically this is a spinning hook kick. And Spencer will be demonstrating for us. We'll do it slowly first. He's going start from his guarding stance or fighting position. He's gonna step up with his rear foot, and as he turns he's gonna look over his shoulder, firing off a hook kick all the way around. One more time, nice and slow. One, two, and three. Okay? Let's try that kick full speed. This concludes our demonstration of the Shaolin Dragon's Tail Kick.
