Persephone Theatre’s Seniors Program provides senior citizens in Saskatoon with the opportunity to enjoy an evening of companionship and world class live theatre 6 times per year.

Many in our community are isolated and mobility challenged, particularly at night or in the winter. The Seniors Program provides a taxi pick up at your door. You are then taken for dinner at the Park Town Hotel, to Persephone Theatre for the performance, and returned to your residence. Persephone volunteers are on hand to assist and make your experience worry-free and comfortable. It’s a great way to enjoy a worry-free night out with friends.

A 2017-2018 Seniors Package Subscription is $296 for 6 evenings out and includes:
The experience of a memorable and enjoyable evening at the theatre
A delicious dinner at the Park Town Hotel
The companionship of others at dinner and the theatre.
The health benefits of experiencing a social and cultural evening out, without the stress of finding transportation and with assistance from caring volunteers.
