Today I review the Smoked Bacon Brisket Sandwich from Smashburger®! (NOT an actual menu item)
Smashburger® offers a Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger which I reviewed some months ago. And I enjoyed the brisket on that burger so much I decided to try it all by itself without the Smashburger® Patty!
The Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger is made with Certified Angus Beef patty and topped with brisket smoked for 10 hours, then layered with Applewood smoked bacon, smoked cheddar, pickles, and BBQ sauce on a brioche bun. ($9.29)
