But if you’re going to pay top dollar, you’d hope to get your money’s worth. As chief investigative correspondent Lisa Guerrero reports, some motels are increasing prices by more than 800%, and some rooms Inside Edition checked out were unclean and unkempt. We found soiled mattress covers, old food on floors, and ominous red stains on shower curtains, even discarded condom packaging.
