In this video I look at the hike to Delicate Arch in Arches National Park, near Moab, Utah. The hike is about 3 mi (4.8 km) round trip with 538 ft (164 m) of elevation gain. The Park Services considers the trail as strenuous, while AllTrails considers it moderate. In terms of overall difficulty I would say its more towards moderate than difficult, but in the terms of most of the hop out short hikes in Arches it is one of the more difficult ones (with the exception of the long primitive loop in the Devils Garden).
Arches National Park charges an entry fee. Passenger vehicles are $30, motorcycles are $25, pedestrians and bicyclists are $15. An American the Beautiful pass will get you in for free.
