The system of tram traffic in Moscow was first opened in 1899.

For several years now, a new-generation tram, the Vityaz M, has been in operation in Moscow.
71-931 "Vityaz" is a Russian three-unit six-axle 100% low-floor tram.
Currently exists in two versions: the basic model Vityaz and 71-931M Vityaz-M modification with modified front and rear mask, different interior and Russian-designed traction motors.

In this video, we will take a ride on a new generation tram Vityaz-M on route number 39.
Route number 39 is the longest tram route in Moscow.
The route begins near the subway station "Chistye Prudy" (this is the Center of Moscow) and ends near the subway station "Universitet" (this is southwest of Moscow).
There are 38 stops on tram route 39 from Chistye Prudy metro to Universitet metro.
