#JoGLE

Описание: In April 2023, I set off on my biggest adventure so far: A 1600mile long hike all across Britain from Dunnet Head in Scotland to Lizard Point in Cornwall. I'm going solo with my rescue dog Otto, (wild) camping along the way.
Come along for Days 59 to 61 where we continued on the Pennine Way (southbound) through the Yorkshire Dales and into the Peak District. We've reached a BIG milestone, the halfway point of our JoGLE!
These days were dominated by moors and reservoirs and we saw a couple of iconic places like Stoodley Pike, Blackstone Edge and Standedge. I really loved the vastness of the landscape and the variety on this stretch.

Gargrave-Ickornshaw (14.3mi/23km)
Ickornshaw-Charlestown (16.9mi/27,2km)
Charlestown-Wessenden Reservoir (18.4mi/29,6km)

I’m a bit behind on posting these videos (filming and editing while on trail is quite a task!) but I'm uploading new videos every Sunday and Wednesday now so that I can catch up quickly and be more up-to-date.
