Banh Xeo is a vietnamese pancake but not quite what you think. This new restaurant opened near my house in Da Nang and I decided to try almost everything on their menu, including nem lui (lemongrass pork skewers) and Bo La Lot (beef betal leaf wraps). It is definitely the best banh xeo I have had in Vietnam.
