Allow this meditation to reprogram your subconscious for Health, Wealth, Love and overall Abundance of all things good and in your highest interest.

This meditation only contains positive words and affirmations..! This may sound like a 'duh that's obvious' statement so let me explain a little further. Our subconscious is like a sponge, it will absorb everything, but it also has little discernment over what we may try to reprogram it with.

We need to be very clear with our affirmations and speak ONLY the positive side of the coin.

For example, if we wish to be debt free, it's not advisable to use an affirmation that mentions Debt, such as...

"I'm so thankful that I am now free of all debt. All my debt has been cleared and it feel so good!"

No... There IS no debt. Remove that word. Mentioning Debt just draws focus to it, whether we are saying we have it or not - your subconscious can't discern either way...it just hears Debt! What we focus on expands.

You may well be able to feel this for yourself consciously. If you are to repeat that affirmation, how does it make you feel?

Probably not too bad but now repeat one which is entirely positive such as...
"I'm so thankful that money flows to me in abundance every day. It feels so good to always have all the money I need and so much more. Money loves me!"

There is a different vibration, can you feel it?


Anyway with that said, and that little tangent let loose, there is nothing you need to do except relax...!

If you wish, you can start by repeating the affirmations either out loud or within your mind; You can visualise the miracles you are calling upon OR you can simply let the words wash over you and allow them do their work.

There is no right or wrong way to do this, only what feels right for you.
