I build a version of my antenna for mounting on a vent pipe, mast, or other pole/post.
SWR was 1.4 and lower across the 2m band. Across the 70cm band it wasn't as good but was usable except for a narrow spike in one area of the band and even that might be useable as the highest SWR was 2.2 to 1
The lengths, measured from the outside of the bottom bend, are:
6 1/4" for the 70cm side
18 5/8" for the 2m side
