The video begins with some Class 37 movements recorded at Great Rocks Junction on Monday 5th June 1989. 2 pairs of 37s feature - 37 676/ 678 and 37 685/ 681.
Action then switches to a short clip showing a couple of DMU movements at Mirfield station on the same day, along with a Class 37 passing Heaton Road Junction.
The final section is a record of train movements over a 2 hour period at Doncaster station on Thursday 8th June 1989.
The focus is on loco-hauled and freight movements in particular, so not all traffic is included. Loco numbers are included in the captions where known.
